StrongMan Sessions

Our applied strongman sessions will add lean muscle and burn body fat in the one workout. Great for anyone wanting to get in shape fast. We use a combination of squats, pulls, pushes, lifts, carries using barbells, sleds, kettle-bells and ropes.

HIIT Sessions

High Intensity Interval Training. Think training modalities of the aggressive, sweaty, heart-pounding persuasion, using a variety of strength-training tools like kettle-bells, sleds, Olympic rings, barbells, dumbbells, ropes, medicine balls and a variety bodyweight movements. Carve out the lean sexy body you’ve always wanted.

NUTRITION

BioSignature goes beyond standard body fat testing and reveals your unique blueprint for accelerated fat loss.
