Overall we had a good experience with OzCar Lansvale. The staff were friendly, offered what we thought was a reasonable price for a trade-in, and directed us towards cars that suited our needs and budget. Negotiations were reasonably conducted.

The initial car we sought to buy turned out to be mechanically unsound, and OzCar were happy to refund the deposit without question. When we went to pick up the deposit, thankfully, they had another car ready for us that we could look at that suited us (which we bought). Again negotiations were friendly and reasonable.

We'd have taken off 1 star (because the original contract did not include a complete list of defects to be fixed prior to pickup), but this was a minor detail in the end that they rectified by recalling that car.

When we walked in to the Ozcar, the sales person came up straight away with a great greetings. Explained what I was looking for and straight away they showed me the car that I was thinking of buying. The 86 has been a fantastic and nice to drive. Most important thing is that my kids loves to be the passenger on my new 86 coupe. Thank you OzCar for a great customer service, definitely a recommendation to come and buy cars from you.

Very friendly and efficient staff. Paul and Darren were exceptional gentlemen. The roof bars I ordered were deficient and and I have yet to be supplied with ones that unlock. The tow bar looks ok but has yet to be tested and only cost $165. The roof racks (which are defective) cost about $200 and the window tinting has not been done because the window tinter said that the window tinting has already been done but the drivers doors are very lightly tinted (;lightest possible) which is not what is requested in the sales contract. Not maximum tinted as agreed in writing when I purchased the car. So I have paid $2000 for a tow bar and a defective set of roof rackets. I have not received value for the additions to my car and am not satisfied with the amount that Darren said had to be "absorbed" by my request for extra additions to my car

Completely agree with the reviews that state this dealership is unprofessional, arrogant and provides misleading information. Their customer service is appalling. When approached with an issue regarding the supposed warranty on the car, which they repeatedly used as a selling tool, I found that it was in fact invalid when I checked with the manufacturer due to lack of service history and they were aware of this fact. It was like a pack of alpha male aggressive wolves surrounding me, accusing me of lying, when I had had 3 separate staff members and the head office tell me the incorrect information. I would never recommend dealing with this dealership who knowingly mislead customers and deny all knowledge and refuse to respond to any form of communication. Reported to the ACCC for misleading information. If you are a sole female buyer, DO NOT go to this company at all, you will be treated appallingly. As per another customer they leave you frustrated and in tears over what should have been a simple, easy transaction. Devastated that I spent my hard earned money at this company and on what was supposed to be a happy experience for me.

One word, scammers, any level minded person only has to spend 10 mintes here and you can easily see that they talk crap and their deals are just smoke for a scam, they try to get you in their fast talk and promises, all they really do is rip you off and overcharge you on their cars, you would really get a better deal buying privately than wasting your time with these guys, give them a miss.

Promised over the phone all weekend to buy our car for cash, told us they wouldn't as soon as we got out there. Made racist remarks. I complained about Jacob to head office including the racials slurs and basically got told to go to hell. Don't bother with feedback. They're bottom feeders who protect their staff because they sell well.

Worst place to buy cars. Such a ripoff and can't stress enough how much they only care about money. They lower the price of the vehicle so you think you're getting a good deal but add all the other things ontop if you go with finance... We have been severely burnt from purchasing from these guys and the whole lot of the yards are in on the same thing. Save yourself the stress, Money and time. Avoid!!!!!
