Great business to deal with. Salesman Wayne was very knowledgeable on 4wd's and not pushy at all. He helped me find the right vehicle for me. They had 30 Hilux's to choose from and they priced the vehicle very reasonably.
I left stocked with my dream car.
I will buy my next car there if I can.

After purchasing a second hand car, a mechanic deemed the car unsafe. The mechanic noticed about $4500 in repairs required but since ozzy deemed it roadworthy they wouldn't help. Buy elsewhere, other dealerships will give you warranty for very old and used cars whereas ozzy (once sold) will try their best to reject all responsibility for any faults with any of their vehicles.

Great communication. Great prices. Huge selection of cars to choose from! I used my own finance company and the process was smooth and hassle free. They held the car for me for over a week until i could get down to pick it up. On arrival the vehicle i purchased was fully detailed and spot on description from their web site. Very happy with my purchase. I would highly recommend this car yard.

Really bad service. (Ozzy Car in Penrith) Went there to get a car, found the one that we wanted to apply. Went to the office to do the finance paper work and been asked to put through a deposit. We asked what happend if the finance wont go through and they said we will get our deposit back. So when the finance did not go through, we asked for our deposit back which is only $100. Mick said he will deposit the money into our bank account which was sent through the email but after 2 weeks, I am still waiting. Many emails sent but no reply. We now have a new car from another better car dealer but still waiting for our deposit. Its only $100 but the fact that they told me they will deposit the money but nothing, that really shows the kind of business they are.
