Pachamama’s mission is to help all Australians lead healthier, happier lives. My advice is practical, evidence based and importantly achievable for everyone. I like to educate rather than preach, because every Australian should be able to eat well.

In 2013 I Launched Pachamama Nutrition and Lifestyle - a Nutrition consultancy to help others achieve and maintain optimum health.

I am dedicated to educating and supporting my clients to make and maintain life changes for optimum health, energy and happiness for life.

Whether you are planning to get pregnant, managing toddlers and kids, have an underlying health condition, want to lose weight or feel healthier and have more energy, I will take a personal approach to understanding the changes you want to make and the underlying cause of any health concerns. I'll then take a wholistic approach to treatment including food and meal planning, lifestyle changes and strategies for success, and of course support you along the way.
