Pacific Medical Centre Blacktown

This is a bulk billing clinic so people’s rating have reflected some impersonal services that’s what you get but I use this clinic for fantastic large treatment nursing dressing services with several different nurses over 18 months and it’s fantastic. Reception attendant is irrelevant to me !!!

Doctors are absolutely rubbish. Not only is their diagnosis poor, their behaviour and attitude is awful. Doctors will be gathered around chatting and laughing, while the waiting room is full of sick patients. A particular female doctor (won't mention names, but she's there almost every night) who works late and has the worst diagnosis. She does not want to even listen to the patient. She forms her own conclusions and takes decisions accordingly, prescribing ineffective medicine. Then she asks you to follow up in a couple of days. She isn't a doctor; she's a businesswoman. She is only out to make money for herself and the pharmaceuticals. She does not want to cure you. It's honestly a disgrace to the entire profession. She is the most negligent medical professional I have ever had the misfortune of meeting. The blonde woman at reception is also terribly rude.

Worst Reception Service. Specialist side of receptionist are even more rude and arrogance. When you get their automated reply, receptionist will ring you and say, why you did not call them to confirm your appointment. one would think, you only ring, if you want to cancel it. you ring them, and wait on phone call for more than 20 to 35 min, receptionist will tell you to call back again as they are not able to help. Good experience with Doctors. Especially Dr. Kureshi and Dr.Parla. The drawback of getting good service is wait of 2 to 3 hours. Weekdays not really possible as you don't get parking anywhere closer.

Receptionist, requires to change their attitude. you are seeing people who is suffering and bad attitude just makes it worst. Get it right, you are in health professional.

Pathetic service, waiting for more than hour, looked for immediate available doctor and still no luck. Can see many people come straight and visit some gp directly...i can't give 1 star too....

Open 365 days for extended hours. We find it convenient to be able to see a gp when we need one. It would be great if one could make a booking but it's only walkin policy means sometime you end up waiting for a bit. On site pharmacy, pathology, dental is convenient.

Visited on 18/7/17, no parking, bad reception, one doctor says the other one is in room 1, receptionist says she is not. dishonest replies to simple questions just to get rid of the patient, Manager constantly on phone - VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, I walked out, NEVER TO RETURN. I cannot trust them to do the right thing.

Poor booking system, have to wait over 1.5 hours to see a specific doctor. Only to see other patients just push in and walk into the doctors office without being called. Lack of doctors available and is always busy. The management of this center has gone downhill over the past 2 years.

Their facilities are built nicely however their service is poor, they have no ability to make bookings which can then lead to extensive delays and waiting, they have random policies for forms and their reception is not friendly. This has to be the worst medical centre I have been to.

Some of the doctors are great and some are not, but it's the reception that really puts me off from this medical centre. One lady in particular is completely uncaring and you can tell she doesn't care about the patients and barely wishes to do her job. She goes out of her way to be unhelpful and rude.
