Walked in there to look at beds. Asked a service lady what's a good bed for my price range. She just said that 'they were all good' and pointed to a few then walked away. I should have left then. I went to the service desk and waited for her because I had found a bed that I wanted to ask a few questions about. The service lady was serving other customers so I waited... And waited... and WAITED. It would have been at least half an hour and the whole time she saw me there waiting. After waiting forever I finally managed to get her attention after the other customers left (the customers were not happy either). As soon as the woman saw me she rolled her eyes. I made her walk up and down the stairs to help me numerous times as she was very large and I was probably doing her a favour. This stupid b**** did not care about anything at all. Also the quality of the mattresses and bed are very Chinese. I looked up the matresses and beds and all I saw was 1 stars. They bring in Chinese rubbish then charge the world for it. To top it all off they cheap out on the staff too. If you want to feel unwelcome and buy Chinese garbage then look no further than rotting pine furniture.
