As a dog bite educator/trainer it saddens me to read about this young toddler. My condolences to the family. This is not just one loss but two family members loved and lost.
No one is to blame what is lacking was education and understanding of what to look for to prevent this which is a necessary for any family or dog owner.

Woo hoo PADS is a finalist 😊

Hi all, I am back from the Summit and will be resuming some training.
In home training will be limited times due to an unexpected visitor due earlier than expected and having to work around my husbands shifts so he can cover me so I can do the longer training sessions without the assistance dog being with me.
Our little visitor is a young assistance dog who you will see being trained around the towns over the coming weeks he has a very big role to play. He is being trained to detect for a client with a very very rare illness. More to come over the coming weeks.

Just a reminder I will be away till Tuesday the 31st July at the Annual Pet Professional Guild, Dog Trainers Summit. Hoping to bring home the most up to date information for you and your pets.

I have tried for years to get our council to have a Companion Animal Management Committee which continues to fall on the deaf ears.
Since moving into town it has become a real eye opener.

Due to large amounts of commitments in July there will be no group programs on Sundays. I will organise some speciality classes for fun instead. All programs will resume in August except for the weekend of the Mudgee Running Festival.
Private one on ones will continue as normal.

Thank you to all our clients, collegues, friends and family.
Last financial we made a huge decison for various reason. We sold our much loved average property and moved into Mudgee town. The move did not go to plan and took a lot longer to happen which almost knocked us flat. With perseverance, hard work and a lot of support from all of you we can finally say that we are now settled, happy and the dogs are enjoying town life.
The business has had some incredible changes s...ince the move with a lot of support from you our clients, collegues, friends and family and we finally feel we are moving forward.
This year we have an amazing line up of clients and work currently underway and due to start and we are looking forward to working towards the future of PADS. We will still be doing what we do best but adding extra exciting areas that we hope you will enjoy.
Thank you all for your continued support during our journey and we look forward to working with you again this financial year.
