So here is a little bit of my story so far;
I have two beautiful children a 4y /o boy and a 16m /o girl. My journey has been nothing but amazing so far I have lost over 17kgs and over 90cms in body fat so far 😁 I'm now well over halfway to my goal weight!
I have suffered from IBS for as long as I can remember which made eating very difficult as I didn't want to get sick and be in pain. Since beginning my new Healthy Active Lifestyle I have found for myself my symptoms have eased a whole lot, each day is now so much easier.
One of the best things about our products is I have been on them all whilst breastfeeding our now 16m /o. I now feel a whole lot better knowing that what I am putting into my body is so nourishing and knowing that our little girl is getting it all also. I Love that our products are child friendly and safe for every body.
I'm just so excited to see the changes not only on the outside but also feel it on the inside. My moods have changed. I am literally so much happier these days and spring out of bed each day ready to get going again. I no longer crave as much all that horrible food I was eating on a daily basis.
