Few years back I visited Lisa chong in alexandria centre. Did an unnecessary Xray. Then nicely cleaned my teeth, thanks for that. Showed me 2.30 minute video on Youtube ,how to properly clean your teeth(as if i was in kindy) and charged me $10 for that. That was 8 th wonder of the world.

Dr Lisa truly delivers on the promise of pain free dentistry, going above and beyond to put the patient at ease and make sure they are comfortable throughout their visit. It is easily the best experience I have ever had at a dentist and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her services, especially if you are looking for a genuinely painless experience.

The clinic in Rozelle is always accommodating and offers treatment in a comfortable, friendly and relaxed environment no matter if it is a routine clean, painful emergency or more extensive treatment. She and the other staff are always caring, gentle, patient, understanding and professional sharing an obvious dedication and passion for their work which is both impressive and reasonably priced.

Excellent on all levels! Called while on Holiday with excruciating pain after seeing another dentist after arriving in Australia - she took me right in. I typically hate going to a dentist - Dr. Lisa has such a kind bedside manner, listens carefully to your concerns and is able to put you at ease while fully explaining whatever procedures she finds needing to be done. Price was explained up front as well. Her staff clearly follows her professional and caring lead. She literally saved my vacation- Wish i could take her back to USA with me!

Dr Chong is the Doctor Strange of dentists. I was extremely nervous about my wisdom teeth extraction but had the most wonderful and pain free procedure ever.

Dr Lisa and staff are highly proficient and are able to offer the full range of contemporary dental treatments and care. Dr Lisa is very understanding of patients 'dental anxiety'. She is able to employ a number of strategies to alleviate pain and anxiety. The SMS and email appointment reminder is very handy. Dr Lisa and Pain Free Dentist fully explain all treatments and costings. She takes time to understand and answer all questions patients may have. I have used a number of dentists in my adult life. I came to Dr Lisa and Pain Free Dentist about five years ago. I wont be changing my dentist any time soon !!

I highly recommend this clinic as I find Dr Lisa Chong is very nice, friendly and absolutely a highly skilled dentist. I got my all wisdom teeth taken out at one sit recently and it was a very quick and painless procedure. Even after surgery, I barely felt any pain at all. I was so anxious to get my wisdom teeth out, but now I realised that there was nothing to be scared about. Dr Lisa makes sure that I was comfortable and felt no pain during the procedure. I read about the good reviews about Dr Lisa and surely the reviews are true. I also have had some fillings done at this clinic, check up and cleaning as well. I like the atmosphere of the clinic as the staff and Dr Lisa are so friendly. I have recommended Dr Lisa to all my friends and colleagues and I am happy to find a great dentist that I can trust.
