Paired Village is connecting Au Pairs in your ‘village’, to help families care for their children in a safe, flexible and affordable way.

Just after having my first son, my partner was put on a job in Newcastle for over 12 months and with no direct family in Sydney, I was left caring for my son during the working week on my own. I was trying to navigate my way through motherhood with limited support so this is when the Paired Village was born. We all need that extra pair of hands help for whatever reason.

Families can build a stronger network around them as it is no secret it really does take a village.
