Palace Hotel

A nice old school pub, friendly service and great food from the restaurant. There's quite a good range of food and regular specials. There's indoor dining as well as a large outdoor deck which overlooks the beer garden and a great sports bar at the front.

Can get quite busy during the big sports and popular times. If you're driving in parking can sometimes be a bit difficult and a short stroll may be required.

Food is reasonably good. Beer lineup is solidly Lion. Could do with some better beer options.

This pub has a stale atmosphere, its more of a punters den rather than a pub. The staff love to talk amongst themselves when there are people at the bar and don't really put the customer first. You can expect great food though, that's probably the only plus about this place.

I went with 4 other family members for dinner and a few drinks. Carpark was full and it was 7pm on a Thursday night, so probably go earlier if you want a spot. The pub itself was nothing special, and neither was the food, but it had a lot of different beers on tap. We had a good night, and there was nothing really to complain about, but there wasn't anything to rave about either.

Friendly staff, good priced drinks and big meals

Always head there for steaks on a Monday night.
$15 you can't go wrong for a great dinner.
Make sure you book a table as it is very busy

Very happy with our stay here. Affordable, clean and great food. Rooms have shared kitchen and bathroom. Supermarket across the road. Lots of cafes and easy transport options.
