Palms On Oxford Nightclub

Your only retro place on Oxford street. get in early to avoid a queue outside. friendly bar staff and eighties music on every weekend

Absolutely awful experience where the bouncer singled me out as i approached the line and said

"we will not let you in just letting you know now we will not let you in."

Not only was i not at the front of the line but he specifically singled me out in a group of gays. His excuses changed when i got to the front of the line from absolute silence to you are too intoxicated, to it is too crowded downstairs. He got so so upset as we tried to reason with him his reason began to be aggressively told to us.

The most awful part is that he was letting others in women and men.
This bouncer has a few sad options as to why he would not let me in racism or that i was holding hands with my friend. Which made him 'think' i was in a couple.

Love the place, been going for years and nothing tops the music and friendly vibe! The drinks are getting a little pricey now days which makes visits less regular however all over fun bar.

Palms is OUTRAGEOUS fun! Best night out you'll have, just cheesy good music. Make sure you're on the dance floor when they play Jackie by Joanne - INCREDIBLE!!

Nice little club. Music is pretty good as well.
But when it gets busy, it will be really humid.
Overall it's a good club.

Trashy little place, but full of really nice people. Oldies but goodies being played. Had a fantastic time until..... Bloody Sydney Lockout Laws!! It kills the atmosphere!!!

By far the best club on Oxford Street. Chilled and layed back attitude with great bar staff.

Nice place to go for dancing 70s 80s songs before heading to your big night out.
