I think you're okay with the food and items required for pets, but the actual animals you have there don't look very healthy. Some are energetic and bouncy, but others, like one miniature fox terrier I saw on my last visit, looked absolutely terrified of his environment and was shaking, frightened as kids came to look at him. I do know that most of your animals are completely healthy, but I'm not sure if where you're getting them from is such a great place.

Maybe try and change the places you get them from, as a rabbit I bought from your store a few months back died after two weeks of owning him. It's a shame, because I grew really attached to him and he would bounce happily and eat his food but after a few days he started to grow oddly reclusive. I took him to the vet, and it turned out he must've been poorly bred, because guess what? He only had one kidney. I was careful of the amount of water I gave him after that, but I was confused as to why he eventually couldn't walk, he wouldn't eat. Now, there is a small chance he might've been, I don't know, adapting to his new environment, but that still wouldn't explain why he was inbred with one kidney and died a few weeks later. I've lived with rabbits before, so I'm confident I was raising him right.

It just makes me so mad to see that they're selling such a poor, tiny little rabbit about the size of my palm with only one kidney and health problems. I thought that you would've at least checked their health before deciding to sell them.

I do really hope you try to improve the health and wellbeing of your animals, otherwise more bad reviews will come through. I'd like to be reassured that they aren't selling animals for the money.

ABSOLUTELY Love this place. The pets are so happy and friendly I got a long haired Pomeranian she was 6 months old when we got her Now she's 1.6 years old! (We were a bit disappointed that we didn't get a rescue pet but not a day go's by that we aren't grateful for our special baby Koko our dog but I know they do sell rescue cats) She came litter trained and knew how to sit too. Bit off topic the staff is so super friendly and helpful. My pup only eats the treats, toys, food, accessories etc from there for great prices.

I called at around 325pm Sunday no answer. I rang back and no answer. I then travelled to Chatswood from Pennant Hills only to find out the animal I was after was sold. I called back to Hornsby at 430pm and they answered so decided to haul myself from Chatswood to Hornsby. I rang at 4:45pm again to ask if it was possible for the store to stay open a few minutes past 5 as we wouldnt arrive until about 5:03pm. I was told by the girl they cant stay open and that the computer has to be turned off at 5pm and that I should come tomorrow. I tried to explain I had called earlier at 325pm and they didnt answer their phone and that I have work tomorrow then the girl hung up on me. Thanks Pampered Pets.

Great lovely new store. The staff a caring and always happy and looking after the pets in there care. The staff are very knowledgable in their products. It sad to see some people give this business bad name and rating because they don't like seeing pet stores selling pets. To say i would trust getting a pet from a pet store than someone from the public.

A few weeks ago I visited this shop and was utterly disgusted at what I saw. The dogs seemed slightly malnourished, and the betta fish were extremely stressed in their environments, some of them had most of their scales missing. They were placed in separate betta tanks that were not blacked out all bunched up close together. Betta fish are extremely territorial and upon seeing one another they normally flare their fins and become extremely stressed. Betta's need a filter, heater or at least some entertainment in their environments - rocks, leaves etc. However all these fish appeared depressed and may or may not have some sort of illness. For a 'pampered' pet shop I don't believe it is living up to its name in any shape or form.

The managers need to train their staff on basic customer service. Walked in and stood there while the two young staff were having a personal conversation in front of me about why one of them was in a bad mood and had a sullen face expression! I stood there waiting to be served till finally I had to walk out. Almost believed I was invisible ha
If this is how they treat people, who knows how they treat the animals.

The Asian lady work there so helpful with my puppies issues.
she is the most knowledgeable person i have seen compare to other pet shops. Also puts pets in her care number 1.
