Pancakes On The Rocks

Bad staff, food is okish, drinks always come after you have finished your food. Loud, stuffy place. Not worth the 15-20 min wait in the cold rain.

I love this place, speedy service great food and the food is not overly expensive. The place is a decent size that had outdoor seating protected from the natural elements which is also heated for the winter seasons. They have a wide menu to cater for different tastes, which serves things from ribs to burgers all the way to pancakes. The pancakes is a must try and iconic when visiting this place, I had the Devils delight and might I tell you it was quite a delight. Recommend booking though as it can be a bit chaotic during peak. Overall a great night out and I would come back again.

I went to this place last weekend with my daughter, It had been a while since we had been here as last time i came was the second time in a row we had found a thick black curly hair in my wedges. And if a hair in my food was what i was looking for that was exactly what i got! I'm in complete disbelief. Like last time we advised a manager who came and made us feel like it was our fault (without actually saying anything to that effect) We had given them a brake as a result of our last two experiences but after this time i don't think we will risk it again. seriously need to look at their clean workspace practices.

I've been a long time customer for Pancakes on the rocks and the food has always been good. However, in this particular restaurant service doesn't always meet the expectations. Our meal took a little longer to arrive even though the restaurant wasn't that busy. We had to wait at the register for a good few minutes as it was unattended to pay our bills. I guess the restaurant management should work on improving customer experience at this particular restaurant.

We were very impressed by the amazing pictures on the menu. Everything looked fantastic. Unfortunately we didn't get to try anything because we somehow became invisible as soon as we were seated. Staff kept passing by and yet we couldn't get their attention to give our order. After 40 minutes we left.

Service is great and fast. They got the orders right the first time. Great place to take the family.

Great food but busy that day and more expensive than expected but good food

No waffles, no worries. Pancakes in the Northmead is a great place to grab a bite of everything but waffles. You're gonna need to find another place for all your waffle needs and desires. 4 out of 5 non-waffles.

Fairly priced for some delicious food.
Service is generally very quick, food is prepared fast but not compromised.
Friendly helpful staff.
