Pandora Macquarie Centre

It was a terrible shopping experience in the store Macquarie shopping centre. I was in the store long time, and seems no staff come to service me even I saw two staff just doing something by themselves.

And I went to see the earrings, there were customers, so I just wait. And afterwards, the young guy should come give me service but he gone somewhere else. And a woman staff with two customers come see earring too. And when I asked, she let me wait , and ask that young guy staff to service me. And then the woman staff used the plastic kind of stick to service her customer. When the young guy finally came and then he told me just wait cus only one plastic stick! !!!!!!!! And I told the woman staff I was before you and your customers. She said she was near the door talking to the customers already .

Terrible servicing . And then I just left and went to other store purchased my earrings .

Please remember the short hair but tight up woman staff and the young guy staff. I believe they are not very well trained at all!!!!!!

I have always had great customer service at pandora. The other day I had a broken necklace chain which was disappointing since I had purchased two weeks before but when standing in the line of many people a worker came and tried hand us a book to look at what to buy. When telling her out situation she let us jump the queue and we were out of there in minutes. She made lovely small talk and made us feel like she cared about us personally
