Panthers Pizza & Kebabs

The girl who made my kebab wasn't wearing gloves, wasn't a problem untill her hands made contact with my kebab when she was rolling it up with her fingers ( i did notice before she made my kebab she was handling money and didn't wash her hands) and when I asked why she wasn't wearing gloves she tried to say her hands didn't touch it! Then the smartas* owner or manager proceeded to say rude comments to me and even tried to make a point of saying "McDonald's workers don't wear gloves"
LOL what an idiot!

Panthers Pizza have been a staple over the years. They have the biggest and best pizzas etc I've ever seen. Thanks mega dudes!

Spoke to ozzie earlier on today, about an issue i had the monday before, spoke very clearly and wanted to get straight to the problem and resovle it as quickliy as he can, will recommend to family and friends.

I will never go their again, I was disgusted by the service I received. They could not get a simple order right !!! Chips were not cooked the large chips looked like a servicing of small chips

Decent enough food and prices (barely), but the customer service is non existent. Management and staff should realise the cornerstone of any business, is the people that walk through your door. They look at you like you've murdered their mother and stole her car. I do not want to take a kids somewhere to have you stare them down menacingly just because they asked for a chocolate pizza. As per previous reviews, this place will not last long. Sadly, most kebab shops in Penrith are going down the same path with their atrocious attitude towards the lifeblood of their business.

Delivery was slow, didn't arrive at the time we were told it would. Called and were told it was on its way. Food was cold when it finally arrived, had to microwave it. Food was nothing special & would not recommend this place!
