Paradise Jewellery

This place doesn't even deserve 1 star. Brought a brand new chain for my pendant went to the closest Jewelry store to attach pendant to chain and unfortunately the Jeweller wasn't in, but to have it done ASAP they advised me to go to Paradise Jewellery (Biggest Mistake) they obviously know eachother. So i took it in to Paradise Jewellery the exact same day, with a brand new chain. Owner requested for me to pick it up the same day, not informing me they close before 4? Missed the pick up. So few days went by still wasn't ready, two weeks on and same thing not finished (I should've known something was up) sent my brother in to pick it up and he told my brother the chain broke (Brand New Chain) but he will replace it and clean it, i really don't care what he does i paid for him to attach a simple pendant to a chain??? Wasn't done. 1 week later it was ready and i received it back , new looking chain (very deceiving) i spotted a knot next to the latch/hook. I let that slide, so as i go to wear it, the chain breaks??? And from there i knew this PLACE IS DODGY AS HELL! Low quality, cheap with such appalling work. I suggest everyone to go a Legit Jewellery store. Not Happy at all with their service and how they handled my situation with my necklace.
