My boyfriend and I booked a Red Balloon floating tank and massage at Paramount Sports recovery in Rozelle. Jo was our massage therapist who I highly recommend. She was so specific and knowledgeable!!! My body felt so good afterwards! She listens exactly to what you want and focuses on the right areas which need treatment! I will definitely book in again with her 🙂

I have no hesitation recommending Anna, Brett and the team. Have been using their Chiropractor and Massage services for the past 7 years and they've helped fix most ailments and help the body recover from many triathlons and running events.

I've been seeing the guys at Paramount Sports Recovery for over 3 years now and there's a reason I keep going back, they do awesome work. I've gone in with a whole range of different injuries and I walk out either fixed or with a plan to fix myself.

Anna and Brett make a great team, start with fixing the issue with Brett and then move over to a massage with Anna to iron out the rest of the creases so to speak. Also the float tank as amazing, if you get an hour of that before a massage you'll leave feeling like a new person.

Bottom line is if you want health professional who actually care about you and give you treatments to prevent injury rather than just treat injury then here's your place.
