Parish Patience Immigration Lawyers Description

Walter Parish established his Law Practice in Sydney in 1888. He was joined a few years later by John Patience and the firm became Parish Patience. The firm has been continuously in the forefront of legal practice ever since, with the names of the two original partners being kept long after they had both died.

David Bitel joined the firm in 1976, originally working in Family Law under Ross Barwick. He soon switched to Immigration Law where he found his major interest. He became an acknowledged expert in the field and by the time of his recent death he had been accredited by the Law Society of NSW as a Specialist in Australian Immigration Law since accreditation over 20 years ago.

The firm has now been incorporated under the name Parish Patience Bitel. The legal Practice Manager is Michael Jones, who is also an Accredited Specialist in Australian Immigration Law. Michael work with David in Parish Patience from 1989 until 2000, then returned as a consultant and Senior Counsel in 2013. In that position he and David successfully ran two landmark Court cases that overturned the interpretation of the law by the Department of Immigration and Migration Review Tribunal in dozens of decisions.

SUCCESS
The cancellation matters are complex because there are specific provisions and considerations that must be addressed to request the Department of Home Affairs not to cancel the visa.
It is recommended to seek immigration assistance from a well-known and experienced Immigration law firm. Recently, our legal team handled a complex cancellation matter where the Department of Home Affairs sent the applicants, a Notice of Intention to Consider Cancellation of subclass 500 ...under Section 116 because the primary visa holder did not enroll in a course to study in higher education sector but vocational and there is a significant amount of study gap. The holder breached condition 8516 attached to his visa.
Our legal team provided comprehensive submission establishing why there are compelling reasons exist in the case not to cancel the visa. On the basis of the legal submission, the Department of Home Affairs decided not to cancel the visa.
It should be noted that our Legal Practice Manager Mr Michael Jones, Accredited Specialist in Immigration Law is named as one of Australia's Best Immigration Lawyers 2018 by The Financial Review Newspaper. [http://www.afr.com/…/interactive--aust ralias-best-lawyers-a…]
He has recently published a book on Visa cancellation. [https://www.amazon.com.au/Law-Visa-Cance llatio…/…/B0772V47TG]
Please contact Parish Patience Immigration Lawyers which is in lead legal practice for 130 years for your complex immigration matters.

(PIC 4020) - Success at the Tribunal (AAT Review Application)- PIC 4020 - We love to work on complex cases rather simple.
If you have been refused a visa for providing a bogus document or information that is false or misleading in the last three years and you apply for a new visa (where that visa includes PIC 4020 as part of the criteria), you must provide reasons why the visa should be granted. These reasons must be either:
compelling circumstances affecting Australia... or compelling or compassionate reasons affecting an Australian citizen, permanent resident or eligible New Zealand citizen.
