shame no zero star option pretty sad when been trying to contact them for 6months and get nothing not return email, no return call not even a text!

WORST REAL ESTATE EVER!!!! Don't rent from them, it'll be the worst decision of your life. I'm currently renting a unit, it needs urgent repairs and they refuse to help. For the last few months, the kitchen sink is running cold water non stop (washer needs to be changed) and when I called up the office, they just ignore me.

If it was possible, I would rate P&P zero stars.
