I went to a seminar last night with my Fiance. My Fiance had a great time learning new ideas to create a conversation with myself. I'm a Financial Adviser by trade an always interested in new ideas for my clients on the journey to securing their financial aspirations and dreams. I understood the presentation in great detail and enjoyed the content. I utilize my personal and Self managed super fund structures for some of my property assets and with knowledge, experience believe it can work with diversification in mind however, in my job it's imperative to show case the possible consequences i.e headwinds, down side risks that can occur as part of placing investments with my clients. The presentation really was a show case of everything going 100% according to plan I think attendees would appreciate some discussions around risks, consequences (negative ones) and potential headwinds to the strategy. Otherwise was a fun and informative night with potential opportunities.

I have been to a couple of the seminars now. I learn more each time and understand better about investments each time. You can't learn it all in one hour!

I have a couple of investments and properties, etc, and have learnt more in a few hours with this team than I have in many years of investing. I have also read many of the reviews here, my thoughts are this, if you take the word of one person and invest in that strategy then you are a braver person than me. I do my research, visit the properties I'm interested in and look around the area, talking to shop owners etc. That is why they dont sell you properties that night or even at the first appointment.

After a number of months researching the neighbourhood and market, I have taken the plunge and am buying my next investment through Park Trent. Investing is always a risk, so lessen your risk by research, research, research. Only invest in what is right for you. There are many opportunities and this team have spent a lot of time and patience with me. I even changed my mind on a few occasions as to which unit I wanted to purchase! I recommend them highly and I am a female investing on my own!

Had a great experience at one of the presentations which was presented by Ron. There are so many opportunities out there which we are not even aware about for example saving taxes on negative gearing, options for young home buyers like us who have less deposits. Ron is full of knowledge and a lovely person always happy to answer any questions. Other two ladies were absolutely lovely as well, helping everyone out going out of their way. After trying to deal with an issue through head office with no success I finally found Rhiannon Cullen from Customer Service who made short work of my issue, fixing it promptly professionally and with a minimum of fuss. Very impressive customer service, ParkTrent are very lucky to have such a switched on staff member working for them.
