When the opportunity allows, it’s an easy drive up from Sydney to this idyllic piece the Central Coast and slip into a totally relaxed mode, soaking up the sun beside the picturesque Brisbane Waterway. A 3 bedroom abode ,comprising of a guests pod and an adjoining main living pod complete with the latest in concrete plunge pool. It was thoughtfully designed to maximize it’s glorious position for easy care and low maintenance, giving loads more time to make the most of fun in the sun or to just enjoy the tranquil pleasures of slow moving water.

Parkwood have scooped another award for the ‘Fishermans Wharf” project. Last Friday, Parkwood were awarded the BEST RENNO by the Master Builders Association NSW at their special Newcastle event. We are delighted to receive this coveted award!

Parkwood Modular Buildings create pod designs to suit lone and cluster pavilion accommodation for the holiday market.

The Australian Construction Award for "Regeneration project of the year 2018" went to Parkwood for the "Fishermans Wharf Project".
This commercial project was buoyed by strong collaboration between the clients, the architect and Parkwood Modular Buildings and showcases the creative talent of the company's design team.
The refreshed design comprises three separate modular components, which were constructed off site and transported to the location for completion.

We're always striving to reduce our carbon footprint and improve our energy efficiency and thanks to our recent installation of LED lights and new compressors ... the stats are just in - we have reduced our total energy usage by nearly 20%, even with an increase in production!!
... We 're also constantly seeking to lower waste at Parkwood and have recently placed multiple designated receptacles (skip bins) specific to products such as timber, plastic, plaster board, fibre cement products, cardboard and paper, which currently has us achieving over 80% recycled waste.
