Parramatta Central Medical Centre (Permanently Closed)

Wrogst experience ever. I've been there at the morning opening time and there were 4 people In front of me already. After 2 hours I was still waiting and still 2 people were in front of me ... and I only needed a piece of paper. I can't imagine going there with a sickness or with a sick baby. And the Secretary was really rude an looking always too busy behind her monitor instead of making people comfortable. I will never go there ever again.

Very good attention n very good Doctors

Wasted my money and time. Poor service and doctors. I think they work only for money, not their patients' health. Visited several times, but disappointed for each visit. I highly recommend not to visit, find another better practitioner.

I had terrible experience with one of receptionist named Ms.Sue, I had blood test with one of the doctor there, I were sick & waiting for the report. I called her after 3 days, Just asking whether my report is ready or not so I could come over & consult with with the doctor about what going on, She was so rude & arguing she cant discuss anything over the phone. I'm willing to give my full name, medicare details so I can know my report ready or not. But she were so rude asking me to walk in to the clinic to check the report ready or not. I were sick & couldn't travel, It's easy for me if I knew the report is ready so I can walk in any time. She made me so stress by the way she talked to me. This is not right way to treat a patient.
