Parramatta City Motel

Dusty/dirty room. Bed linen had cigarette burn marks all over. Enough bugs that it became troublesome.

Nothing special as far as accommodation goes, but great location.

Communication not great but get whats expected in a budget motel. Great position to Westfield

Wouldn't recommend this place only if you really really have to stay somewhere overnight for cheap accommodation.

Not much to look at from the outside...
But equally as good as any in this price range on the outside, with ONE difference:
- ALL the staff (several visits if days or many days) arw GENUINELY helpful....give you a smile! STAFF = 7 star.

Room was clean. But very old place and 135 AUD for this place looked expensive

Attended an event in the restaurant. It was clean and well presented.

The room was clean enough and nice aircon, bit overpriced at $145 for a standard room, but the worst part was when we paid for this room for one night, we were charged $145, plus $150 bond, and then two days later a further $145 was taken! So that's $450 taken up front, with the funds not available to use for up to a week afterwards. Expensive night at a cheap motel!
