THE WORST SPARE PART DEPARTMENT EVER!!!!!

This is not the first time I have called the Parramatta Chrysler Jeep Spare Parts department but received the same unprofessional respond every time. There is no single day I have managed to speak to the mature, slim guy wearing glasses - I know how he looks like as I service all my vehicles there. There is no way you will get to someone when you call. You either have to leave your name & phone number and wait couple of days before you start all over again with the same process and end up verbally abuse the poor receptionist who is there to take calls only. The frustration you go through is so huge, you regret buying a Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep just because of a staff member, probably one of the long serving ones who thinks he is untouchable with own attitude! I have left my details multiple times but never had anyone calling back and asking what I was after. Oh, apologise! Some nice lady called twice and asked if I was thinking of purchasing extra protection for the vehicle's body, interior, etc. I can handle the vehicle's interior or/and exterior easily if you first provide me a professional service!!!!! The manager seems to be a nice guy but mate, please save your apologies and plans for the near future, get someone who will work hard for the money you are offering as consumers work hard to buy those vehicles and would like to be assisted firmly, fairly and professionally!

Bought 5 cars (3 brand new + 2 used) previously from these guys. Although had numerous unresolved issues with my 5th purchase, decided to give them another chance and walked in after researching couple of days over the internet and visiting couple of other dealers. The salesman Frank (lovely Filipino dude, wish had as a friend) welcomed me and assisted me really professionally - KUDOS ***** for Frank. The vehicle I was after, a Jeep Cherokee Limited edition was priced at $54K had 28 kms on, with all the extras. I have showed him the offers from the other dealers (Suttons $43K Sport edition all extras included would be $48 and Castle Hill $49K Blackhawk edition with all the extras but the keyless remote entry). When asked for the huge price gap, the finance guy said there were different versions with different extras as - my license is older than that smarty pants!. Although a keyless entry unit did not sound like would cost another $6K, asked if they could price match with anything similar. Sport edition in a different colour which I would never consider buying, was offered for $49K (basic) and of course with all the extras would come around even more than the Limited edition, $56K!!! The finance dude either did not know how to do maths or thought I was a vegetarian with no or very low level iron in my blood! After 45 mins sitting there and listening to how they would look after me, how smooth everything would go, been offered the sport version for $47K. When asked for additional warranty, dealer warranty was offered for $2K where the manufacturers warranty was almost $5K. Of course no extras, nothing. Apologized and told I would continue looking around, been told to come back as they might have a better deal!!! When asked what the better deal was, been told to come back or call later as they needed to discuss it with the manager who was in Vic. They put a huge big smile on my face and I have left the store. Received a call from the manager who was in Vic, the next day and been asked to visit the show room again as he had approved the staff to price match with the other dealers which sounds good but was completely a flop I have found out when I went there. My Filipino friend was not there but I was welcomed by a very nice young lady who forwarded me to a gentleman who later ended up inviting the Finance guy with the top level IQ. I have been offered $2K less than what I was offered the previous day. Told them this had nothing to do with price matching but trying to keep the company making money by disobeying the managers strict request or, following the managers instructions and trying to rip me off as much as possible. Told them I did not think I would purchase anything from them on that particular day and was about to leave when been asked to stay a bit longer and wait for a new offer they might have. Thought had enough for the day, with the Grand Bazaar marketing strategy and left the showroom. Whilst driving around, seen the offer at the Blacktown Jeep dealer, Cherokee Blackhawk edition with all the extras, 5kms, Drive Away only for $44K. Walked in, spoke to the sales team and purchased the car within 25mins for #41K including the extended Manufacturers Warranty. Same car, same state, same region, only 7 mins drive away from each other but different sale strategy. One tries to rip you off and holds you reliable for anything comes up after you purchase the vehicle whilst other one welcomes you warm, lets you talk and explain what you want, makes you feel you will purchase all your vehicles from them in the future. Bought my vehicle in February and still receiving courtesy calls from lovely staff members asking about the vehicle and the service provided on the day I have purchased the vehicle. This is what I missed at the Parramatta Motor Group and won't even go near there!

When you walk into the shop, they just sit there and don't give a s**t. When you request more details and quote online, replied " we could not meet your purchasing requirements" ???
How cool is that? End up buying my First Jeep from somewhere else. That is my first experience with buying a car. Well, thank you.

I called up to enquire about 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee (diesel)for price and the lady said she"ll email me the details but nothing came. I called and left message no reply to my phone or email, seemed like they had enough profit to sell another car so, I dended up buying from another dealer.
That's a way to go for good business 👎.

To the girl who answered the phone and when i asked about the recall you were very rude on the phone and she even hung up on my face didn't let me finish. Thank you for your very good customer service. I will not be coming here anymore and certainly will not recommend anyone to go if you want to speak like dirt to. I was not sure if she was having a bad day or not you may want to check your attitude next time.
