Extreamly impressed with the costumer service throughout this place. As I recently took my gets in for a service which was a long time overdue.
The issue throughout my car were resolved quickly, due to Matt assertiveness with completing the service on time.
I strongly recommend this place along with speaking to Matt from the service adviser team.

Avoid at all cost. They had my car for insurance raptor and it took them 4 attempts to get it partially right to a point where i just have up.
Terrible service and attention to detail is non existent. Why can i not give them a zero rating?

Was having problems with every Jeep dealership until I went to Parramatta Motor Group. They sorted everything out and was so helpful. My car was towed there and fixed within a few days. Everywhere else had told me it would take weeks. I will be doing all my servicing there now.

Be careful when dealing with them. They don't repair things on time stating waiting for parts & later says it is out of warranty so you have to pay for it. They sale extended warranty but later with each repair YOU need to keep reminding them that they sold you extended warranty. So keep everything in writing because YOU will need that proof to show them that what they said every time.

I recently had my vehicle serviced at parramatta motor group and I have one word to rate this service centre and that word is "remarkable". The very well trained staff helped me through the whole process from start to finish especially one service advisor named Liam which I delt with personally and he was very professional and kind.
Which is why I'll be returning to parramatta motor for a long time to come

Most busiest service center in Inner west.
Good customer service; they also provide shuttle to parra station so you can drop off your car for servicing and then pickup when you finish work.

And I thought I was the only one that has had the worst possible experience visiting this branch! Definitely not 1 star but there was no other option. You expect a brand new car to not have a fault in a VITAL safety feature and to make it worse having to go in ATLEAST 5 times and with still no resolution to the problem!! Please make sure you're technicians are properly qualified to diagnose issues and if not please ensure you have proper management in place so you can speak to the specialized guys from your head office to communicate effectively to solve the problem. I'm sure if you implement this customers wont have to come visit you on numerous occasions and waste their time.
I hope you take this review seriously for the future of your branch & wish you success.

Avoid this company as all they did for me was rip me off $2287, mechanics don't fix the problem. I took my car in due to it having issues coolant oil leaking. Brought car was faulty when picked up took back 5-6 times!! Then they put parts from wreckers on car! And still not fixed!!!

I requested a refund on the misdiagnosis and failure to keep their end of the end of the deal, but no reply from them. They have no idea what they are doing.

All they do is plug your car into the computer to rule out probable causes and expect you to pay whilst they experiment. You can refund a product $10 in Kmart, Target ... if you not happy or the product quality is not good. But with bad service, un-qualify product cost more than $2xxx but not refund, it is unfair.

worst service centre in sydney, they take your car for a full day and return it with nothing being done and a MASSIVE PRICE TAG only to find out my oil was not changed and some upgrade that my car needed was not done i shouldn't have been charged for this because nothing was changed. My luxury car was not serviced and i have not been back since . The customer services is utterly the most badest i have seen, they do not want to help you with nothing nor do they want to listen they just want your money and the commission for the day.

Do not go there if you want to get ripped off!
