Parramatta Nissan

Really rude sales manager. Won't let us test drive and expect a sale.

We bought a Nissan qashqai and very happy with a car we were assisted by Jason he was very nice and helpful he did a great customer service highly recommend to go to this dealership.

We bought Nissan Xtrail from Parramatta Nov2016, And we were assisted by JASON ,its a bit late to give a review but we were very happy with Jason, he is lovely and funny.. I believe we were assisted by Peter as well, he was also very helpful with financial questions.. I even texted him few time after we bought the car, he was very friendly.. :)

Purchased a new Navara from here, it had an issue under warranty that another dealer did not want to help with after NRMA towed the car to them as the closest Nissan warranty service centre. These guys jumped in, set the other service centre straight and sorted it immediately without excuses or question. they even offered one of their cars as immediate replacement. Thanks guys.

We visited Nissan Parramatta intending on buying a new vehicle. When asked if we could take the car for a test drive we were told that they had none that we could drive. They offered to give us a call back in a few weeks for a test drive. Sorry Nissan Parramatta, I will go else where.

Great Experience with Jason, We were first car buyers so we had allot of questions in mind which were accurately answered with patience and we couldn't have asked for anything else than Nissan XTL. Love the car and service.

I am satisfied with service delivered by Jason and Danny. They always try to help me out and are quite patient.
