Parramatta Smash Repairs were fantastic in the way that they looked after every need. Sam Lahood and his team assessed my car quickly, booked it in for repairs quickly and had it returned to me in just over a week from accident to completion. They even went to the effort of taking care of the hire car for me. The whole repair process was so seamless and easy. I highly recommend their team to look after you next time you need quality service on your repairs.

If you’re needing to find a smash repair outlet, it typically means your car is damaged and it’s just something you don’t want to deal with. I’ve used smash repairers close to home but happened to use Parramatta Smash Repairs when my beloved BMW was involved in an incident. Sam and the ladies on the desk are amazing and made the experience far better than I anticipated.

I know nothing about cars but Sam explained the process, the timing and my options and did everything he said he’d do to help me, especially living over an hour away. He instilled my absolute trust that I wasn’t being ripped off or lied to which is so important . I have just had to make inquiries and seek Sam’s assistance regarding an incident involving my son and again it’s been resolved professionally and to my satisfaction. I would not use anyone else despite the location from my home.

I took my Mercedes in for a bonnet realignment. Sam was extremely professional and organised to have the work completed immediately while I waited. The work was completed efficiently and the bonnet was realigned perfectly within 15 minutes. I can highly recommend Sam and the team at Parramatta Smash Repairs!

DON'T let these guys touch your precious car. Worst of the worst smash repair I ever known. They made a mess inside the car without even bother to clean it, side panel sticked out at the edge. Car mat was so dirty, the media player sticked with glue, car was very dirty basically. Worst of all, the car was damaged on the front passenger side only. But they damaged my back rim which looks like they swaped the front with the back after given a quick dirty touch-up. I demanded the original photos taken by them, they provided me with a blurred picture of the backwheel, they also did not provide a punch of photos which I know they took them as well. After a long heated conversation with them, the manager named Davis/David told me that he would pay 50% to repair the back rim which I question him why offer to pay 50% if you didn't damage the rim. These guys got pay to do a bad job really. Apart from great customer service, receptionist is professional, but that's all. I felt like I am paying for someone who stabbed me when I collect my 2 months old car. So angry with these guys and of course they don't care since they don't own this business, they are just the average employees who have no passion and no ethics for their profession.

On top of that, Lexus Insurance assigned my claim to an interstate assessor who can't assess my car in person after I complaint which doesn't help at all.

I'll see them at tribunal.

Had a few minor things I wasn’t entirely happy with. Dave and the team addressed my concerns and rectified the issues without hesitation. My car looks as good as new. Very happy.

This team have been nothing but professional with exceptional service. Would only ever take my vehicles here, took one car in for minor issue and they didn't charge me a thing, just service with a smile. Highly recommend.

Had to wait almost two months for repair,worth the wait,could have gone to other repairers but did not want to risk an unknown company.I have dealt with Parramatta Smash before and found them to be a standout in every aspect.From the ladies at reception when dropping the car off right through the week long repair i was kept informed of the progress.
When i took delivery of the finished job i was amazed at the work quality and presentation of the vehicle,spotlessly clean and back to the original state.Although only a humble Kia Optima amongst the BMW,and other Euro pretenders the car was immaculate inside and out.

If only all Australian companies had this standard of good old fashioned service and tradesman ship

Absolutely fantastic customer service. Got all the help from Sam & Kelly from the front desk. They inform me every steps of the process. Highly recommended for Mercedes drivers.

Receptionist was lovely but that is about it.. The paint work they did on my car started to bubble after a year... took it back and they said it was my fault somehow and they could fix it if I went though my insurance company and paid the excess again..
I understand that they deal with prestige cars and mine was a humble hatchback but they are getting paid to do a job and they should be doing it right regardless..
The guy was such a douche bag that I couldn't even bother escalating the issue to have it resolved.
Definitely will not be going there again and do not recommend it to anyone I know..
