Party Hire Crew hire out equipment for parties, functions, engagements and more. We are Sydney based and offer free deliveries to most Western Sydney Areas.


Slushie Machine Hire: Our Slushie machines are brand new Italian made machines that are silver chrome coloured with black sides. OUR MACHINES COME WITH THEIR OWN TABLE. We supply a custom built table /stand for our machines, not only that our tables can light up and rotate through a variety of colours to make your next party or function unique. The table is also wrapped in in a clean black table cloth.


Digital Karaoke /Jukebox machine: Our machines feature over 5000 songs with music videos and a large variety of Karaoke tracks. Our machines have brand new 1000watt speakers which produce crystal clear sound and bass. Our machines come with 2 wireless microphones.


Mirror me photobooth (COMING SOON): Our Mirror Me photobooths are one of only a few being using in Australia. This Brand new design features a 43 inch touch screen hidden behind a large glass mirror. The Photobooth takes exceptional photos as well using a DSLR camera which is also hidden behind the glass. The Mirror Me Booth is covered with a large picture frame which can be customized to your party or function. You will receive unlimited photos prints, a dry sheet binder for your guests to make a collage through the night, and studio flash lighting makes for amazing portrait photos.


Speaker Hire: We offer 2 1000watt speaker hire. This can be used with 2 microphones at additional cost. You can plug the speakers into another sound system or bluetooth your phone directly to the speakers and play from where ever you are at the party.

Delivery: We offer free deliveries to many areas around Sydney so please check our website for details. We know people work a lot and deliveries in business ours can be difficult so to help with that we off free of charge after ours deliveries, we work with the customer to deliver at a time that works for both us and you.
