Great customer service and the staff went above and beyond to meet my needs. Ordered in exactly what I needed for my event, and decorated with helium balloons that everyone was uploading to social media. A night to remember, thank you PartyLand!

I had a party to go to and needed a costume, the lovely girls in the shop helped me to quickly find a great costume and the prices were very reasonable. Definitely come back here for my next party supplies

rude staff member hung up on me when i was asking a simple question and told me to google i have NEVER been treated so poorly in my life disgraceful woman

My mum went into this store and was just looking at the balloon colours and the lady was extremely rude because my mum was looking at “their supply”.
This isn’t the first time a woman in this shop has been rude either.
Won’t be coming back and will get our balloons elsewhere.

I bought a costume online and it was the wrong fit, I got to this store last minute before my Party, not only did I find what I wanted, but it was $15 cheaper than what I bought online, with a free accessory (gun holster)
they had an amazing range and Cohi was super helpful.

Good service but expensive prices. Face paint was good. If you have time order online. If not this shop is a great option.
