Disappointed with the service of the pasticceria. After purchasing the Nutella mousse cake from Papa's, I had cut through the first slice and found that there was a long brown hair coming out of the cake.
After consulting with the manager of the store, they were reluctant to apologize on their behalf and offer any sort of assistance. The manager was not willing to apologise at all and denied the fact that a hair was found.
Appalling behavior. Will not be purchasing from here again!
