Pattison'S Patisserie

It is awful terrible experience there at all, the waitress is very snobbery, I bought some macaroons there, I don't know its specific names, the waitress asked me to tell her the names of each macaroon, I ask that can I have two of the chocolate ones and pointing to them she told me No it is honey, I said I can't see the names, she told me No we have names there, the waitress is so rude to customers, I will never walk in again.

I had a spinach roll. Thick undercooked soggy pastry heated in a microwave? Honestly? Why did i bother?

nice cakes and treats, haven't tried the coffee but must be good because was a lot of people getting takeaway

it's a patisserie, on the pricey side of things.
Cakes and what not are good but $7 for a chicken vegetable pie is quite steep (free tomato sauce though)

I have lived in cammeray 20 years and I would give this place zero stars if I could. Short brunette older woman who I presume is the manager is incredibly rude to staff and customers, no basic manners I have never met someone as vile. Food is stale and over priced for what it is, I strongly recommend going to Simone Logue across the plaza or the maggios bakery down the road for good quality food and friendly staff. Don't waste your money

Good range, but feels a bit mass produced.

Can be a little on the expensive side.

Probably the Worst lemon meringue pie I have ever had in Sydney! Had to give it back after two bites. Uneatable!
Good coffee.

I used to go here quite a lot with my kids but now I don't bother as the new staff are so rude and miserable. The place seems empty most of the time, so I'm obviously not the only one who thinks the same.

The coffee and variety of cakes are great but unlike most Pattison I visited where staff were very hospitable, there is one female staff on Sundays who was unfriendly in Cammeray Stockland. She stared and shouted 'Not Ready' when I turned up at 8AM one Sunday morning. I turned away and left. Subsequent weekends encounters confirmed the unfriendly attitude. She could be the shop manager for all I care, but she needs some customer service training to make customers feel welcome.

Disappointing experience with both the cake and their customer service. Went for a small 6 inch balckforest, when she took it out the cream on the outside was smudged up, I recalled seeing the same cake walking pass the day before, so I said" Oh! I thought this one with the smudged cream yesterday walking by!" "Oh really."Then she became rude and angry without saying anything but chucking the packaging box back to the shelf. There is another Pattison's on LG Chatswood Chase, much better than this one.

Decent coffees and babycinos. Could do with some high chairs and consistency in staff to up service quality.

I have a cup of cap and butter chicken pie in this café for three or four times every week. They taste nice, specially the coffee. I am very surprised about one star here! I'll try other kind of food some day before I add star up.

Nice cafe, but it's located in a busy part of the mall. Can be hard to find a table.

Delicious cakes, yummy pastry.
I understand your high standard of cleaning but please don't spray the cleaning products for the glass near the cakes, the particles of the product spray will be spread on the cakes.
People who sees that will rethink to buy your cakes.

I bough Lime Cheese Cake $35. Too eggy and too sweet. No taste of cheese. Over priced as well. Not my favorite cake shop. I rather go to Macca's. But good presentation though for a kid's birthday cake. Why their staff seems upset? Any reason?

I love their coffee and pastries. During my last visit my 3 year old needed to go to the toilet and while we were gone (we left the table empty) the staff removed my coffee (I hadn't warned them that I wanted to come back); when we returned they happily apologised and made me a new coffee on the house

Variety of patisserie choices, great coffee. Nice staff

Pastries and tarts were dry. The cupcake was inedible and tasted like onions, potentially because it was stored with savoury items. The coffee was good.

Lovely food but such rude service!! I just left and after a miscommunication with my order I asked to order something else. My new order was dumped on my table. When I was finished I offered to pay extra and they told me I could just pay the difference which was 50c. I thanked them but I only had my credit card as I had already paid for my original meal and wasn't planning on ordering extra. The staff rolled their eyes and told me to go. I said 'thanks, have a nice day' and they ignored me completely. So unneccessary and rude over an error that they made!

I was pleasantly surprised by the selection of cakes and breads and the coffee was excellent. Great for a quick break between shops. I would have given them 5 stars but for the service. The woman behind the counter was rude, difficult to understand and not at all helpful in providing information about items they had for sale. But overall, I would probably go back based on the quality alone.
