Paul'S Famous Hamburgers Description
Paul's famous hamburgers, established in 1957, has grown from being first known by the locals of the Sutherland Shire as the "hole in the wall", to the establishment we see today.
Every local will know it's fantastic burgers, great pineapple juice and odd operating hours. The greatest place in the world for hamburgers. Try getting in there at lunchtime on a weekend, you'd have more luck getting a kilo of prawns on Christmas eve at the fish markets.

All Paul's burgers and rolls are served on a soft seeded bun, with standard fillings of fresh lettuce, tomato, raw onions and tomato sauce.
Optional Fillings are: egg, bacon, cheese and pineapple.
Optional Extras (at no extra charge) are - Beetroot, Cooked Onions and a selection of sauces such as BBQ, Sweet Chilli and Hot Chilli.
All of the above fillings and optional extras can be used to create your own specific hamburger or roll.

Paul's signature beverage is the freshly squeezed pineapple crush.
A dense refreshment full of thick pieces of pineapple pulp.
Paul's also delivers your traditional milkbar style milkshakes, which consist of vanilla ice cream, milk (full cream or skim) and a vast variety of flavours. Optional with any of the following flavours.
vanilla - chocolate - coconut - strawberry - mango - pina colada - lime - spearmint - blue heaven - blueberry - banana - caramel - coffee.
General softdrinks, fruit juices and sports drinks also available.

Really good burger and chips
Your big macs are awesome
Great tasting burger. Chips were a bit dry for my liking.
The staff are nice if only their burgers were nice

Used to be good
Food was alright, chip sizes a bit too pricey for the amount of chips you get. Not as good as they used to be
I just finished having lunch with my grandfather here. We had some chicken burgers and large chips.
First of all the bag of chips looked half full and crusty like my friends toe nails. My grandfather said the burger reminded him of his childhood in Germany.
While growing up in the concentration camps of world war 2. Except that the food tasted better in Germany.
I have seen better food in the slums of north Korea. This place sucks.
Move over mainstream burgers! We're talking about the real deal here. Paul's Famous Hamburgers, as it names implies, is the go-to burger joint for your burger bravados out there. Grab their signature burger, Paul's Hamburger with The Lot, a generous beef patty (chicken if you're keen also), throw in an egg, pineapple, bacon, cheese, tomato, onion, lettuce, choose your sauce (BBQ + Paul's sauce!), and hold it within two sesame seed buns and you got yourself a winning burger in your hands. While you're at it add a generous dose of chips (don't hold back on the chicken salt), grab a pineapple crush, and then make your way down to the near by jetty or just sit outside and enjoy your burger in front of all those jealous motorists driving past.
