The staff when asked a simple question had to check with 3 others staff members before coming back to answer my simple question. Never shopping here ever!

Older lady at register , worst customer service i have ever experienced , flat out ignored customers waiting to be served. Literally standing there doing nothing while one poor guy tried to do all the work. I ended up putting purchases down and just walked out. Never again.

What an awesome customer experience. ..wish every shopping trip was as easy and pleasant as this! The 3 boys on the floor are worth more money!! Despite being very young they really knew their stuff, v impressed with their friendliness and expertise. Determined my husband and my needs straight way and quickly sorted a perfect pair of shoes for each of us. It was buy one get one free so 2 pairs for $260!! Thanks Pauls Warehouse Thornton 😊
