Since the transition to Paul's USA Warehouse it's a bit of a mess. Prices aren't all that good for about 80% of the stock, although you might find a few good bargains. If I was to shop in this style of store, I think in the future I'd be inclined to go to TK Maxx. TK Maxx is without doubt a retail model Paul's need to pay closer attention to. The concept is more or less the same, but Paul's execution of it, is so far really quite terrible. All of their stores are like a disorganised jumble sales, the Canberra store has friendly and knowledgeable staff and that store is far more organised than the other two stores I've visited in Rockdale and Carlton (NSW). In principle this new concept should be a huge success for them, in practice it's not a good retail experience for customers... Yet. I hope they can pull things together in time.

Worth a look. Don't get hopes up on what you looking for.

Large selection of quality products at low prices, although sometimes it's hard to find the right size for specific items. Some good deals offered in store (buy 1, get 1 free, etc.). Staff were accessible and helpful.

Good bargains on clothing. But don't be fooled by the table loads of shoes. Find same or better prices elsewhere. The only shoes that are bargains are pretty awful to look at let alone buy.

User

Very affordable price for amazing brands. Although its not very well organized but totally worth it.

User

cheap sporting warehouse with really well priced clothing and shoes , sometimes 2 for 1 , only downside is its soon to close down :-(

Great selection of sports clothes, shoes and gear. Look out for deals and specials. Parking on side of building. Paul's is opposite St George Leagues Club.

Serious manufacturing fault. Could not replace the shoes yet did not want to give a refund. Only gave refund after I showed them the law. The shoes could not be replaced but a pair available at homebush, asked for the order to be bought to the store and they did not contact me. They returned the shoes back to hombush. Should have taken 2-3days. Still waiting over a week later.

Sometimes you just lucky to get a good stuff

Clothing and footwear choices are disappointing. Many of the clothes felt like rejects from overseas rather than bargains.

User

Prices ok, service ok. Not sure if the quality if their stock

User

poor customer service with no follow up phone calls to let you know if the product is in store are when it will be due in. not a good look.

User

Often busy with the shoes upstairs, though can get some great buys here during a sale. t-Shirts for $10, 2 for 1 shoes.

User

Good selection of shoes. Also some clothing to choose from. I hate the many stairs at the entrance to the shop. No wheelchair access either.

User

User

Was going to shop here. Was going to be happy to pay money for a product. Wanted to know if they actually had what I was after so I rang them. Spent 10 minutes with the phone ringing out, gave up, and went to prospect.

User
