Inspired and influenced by life and our surroundings,
I love being creative and crafty!

I love to make things! I always have.
I started my working life as a cartographer, first drawing by hand and now by computer.
Years ago, whilst travelling, I met people who had successfully made dramatic changes in their lives.
It got me thinking; I realized I had always dreamed of making jewellery,
But never had the CATalyst to make the leap.
Upon returning from my travels I completed silversmithing courses at TAFE /WEA, weekend workshops and also started experimenting at home.
I still make maps but have converted half our shed into a jewellery workshop.
It is here where I satisfy my creative desires by making “Paws for Effect” products.
My moggies are the source of my inspiration and never far from my workbench.
When I finish a piece or a new design, it gives me a great feeling of accomplishment and I never regret jumping at my dream.
