Purchased an external drive, in which the power supply was faulty. Returned it within 24 only to be treated as if *I* were in the wrong for *their* faulty component. Staff member incredibly rude and only reluctantly changed the power supply when I argued the point.

Customers should not have to put up with this disgusting level of service when a product never worked in the first place. As a result of this terrible experience, I will never, ever return there, and I have advised friends and family to also avoid. All over a power supply that probably cost them $5 wholesale, but they were too arrogant to accept fault.

Absolutely disgusted got a desktop from these filthy scammers, no fan in it PSU is faulty and they won’t answer their phone I’ve called more than 10 times. DO NOT buy from them

Place looks a little dead when I went there, with computer parts on the floor with broken office chairs, the staff were however very helpful and friendly, but the brands they used were unheard of...

People need to use there brains and look in the specs description. Why would there be a graphics card in a 500 dollar machine

PC Meal is a joke designed to trick uninformed consumers into believing they are buying a capable product. Selling "gaming Computers" that do not have GPU's installed, claiming underpowered hardware can play "4k games", over charging, selling old equipment at new prices, etc. Their equipment is also DANGEROUS as it uses generic power supplies that are prone to exploding! For this alone I would suggest anyone stays away, they care more about money than providing a good price to performance ratio.

If I could give these guys a 0-star, I would. Bought a PC from them on ebay and everything worked fine for about 18 months and then all of a sudden it doesn’t turn on. So my wife takes it back to the shop as it is still under warranty.

Guy at the shop checks it and says I need a new power supply as the one they sold me couldn’t handle the low-middle end graphics card I put in ($90). Funny that, since I put that card in from day 1 and it only started having issues 18 months later.

Then he tells us the mother board has water damage caused by soft drink spill in a perfectly straight 2cm long x 2mm wide line. Yeah because that’s exactly how soft-drink spills happen on a board that is encased in a tower, standing vertically under a desk. So he says this is not covered under warranty because we caused the damage and he wants us to buy a new motherboard, trying to scare my wife by telling her that she might lose all the data on the hard drive if you don’t replace the motherboard straight away, even though that’s not how any of this sht works.

Take it to another shop, turns out the power/reset connection was loose, and everything else was fine… THESE GUYS ARE ABSOLUTELY SCUMS AND CON ARTISTS!!

Unfortunately it is no possible to give no star at all. I sent my son's computer to them for a quick fix almost 3 weeks ago. Paid everything in advance. Now, they don't even answer to my emails and they don't even answer my phone call. They should be banned from doing business!
