The company charged my credit card even though they couldn't source the product. No one told me that. I found out after waiting a week and calling them. The staff said he will reverse the transaction as they can't fulfill the order. It's been a month now and still no refund??!!! The charge is now in dispute. I have never dealt with a more customer unfriendly company than this one.

I have been requesting builds for my gaming PC's from these guys for over a decade and their attention to detail is the reason I keep coming back. I don't trust anyone else to work on my pc's and I have tried numerous builders/techs all over Sydney. Ask for Vin!
