All happening at the Camden Police Open Day - come and say hi. Mini fitness, gymnastics and boxing.

We have 5 day's of gymnastics, arts & crafts and cookie workshops these school holidays. $35 per day. Spaces are limited. Must be a PCYC member. Payment to accompany the booking.

Come and meet Alberto Vesnar Goodman - One of the trainers at PCYC Campbelltown.
Alberto is a boxing coach and personal trainer with over 10 years’ experience. His true passion for the sport of boxing and fitness has become his way of life. An attentive and focused coach, who will share with you what the sport of boxing has personally taught him; resilience, respect, hard work, self-dedication and self-motivation.
He is a registered Combat Sports Authority trainer and Boxi...ng Australia accredited coach. Mentored by six-time world champion trainer, Johnny Lewis along with a string of other world class boxers and coaches, his knowledge of training methods both in skills development and conditioning, is extensive and varied.
Alberto holds a Certificate III and IV in fitness and holds a certificate in Level 1 Master Training, and was also a Nike NTC Tour Boxing Coach.

The team at Campbelltown would like to thank Lisa and the Munch Express Team for helping supply lunch on our new RISE UP programs that have begun roll out this week, the participants have enjoyed a Munch Lunch. Other PCYC participants have also had the pleasure of enjoying afternoon tea on Munch in our new Munch and Move window at the club. ***ATTENTION*** PCYC harvest would like to welcome its newest member Lisa Rodriguez from Munch Co, Minto to our PCYC family.
With the help of Lisa’s donations, PCYC harvest will have the capacity to add Munch & Move to our club encouraging healthy eating and physical activity as well as Munch Lunch for some of our local supporting schools in need.

This amazing young lady has been selected to represent Australia that’s right AUSTRALIA!!!! At the world summer games for special Olympics in UAE Abu Dubai.
