Have been using them for many years for delivering antiques. Have found them very reliable and they have never damaged a piece that I have requested them to move for me.

Good service

I would rate them minus 100 but I had to put 1 star to write this review. One of the most horrific experiences of my life, initially the staff appeared friendly until I paid in advance then everything changed. I used their removal service and storage facility. I can't express just what a horrible, horrible experience I had, I have expensive designer furniture which after just a few months storage almost everything was smashed, solid wooden leg chairs were snapped in half, glass dinning table 3cm in thickness was deeply scratched everywhere. My antique pieces were severely scratched, legs snapped off, leather inserts were torn. They left all my furniture out in the street unsupervised and brought in one broken piece after another and threw the broken pieces on the floor, they had uncountable breaks, smoking break, drink break, smoke break, telephone call break, lunch, smoke, drink, smoke, etc please don't get me wrong I don't oppose a break but this was beyond ridiculous all in my time which I had to pay. The removalist guys were unapologetic for all the damage and 'extremely aggressive' and rude then told me if I had any complaints to lodge it with MY insurance company, yes, they do not hold themselves accountable for any damage they have done to your belongings, BEWARE need I repeat myself? Needless to say I had to take them to court, I received prank phone calls, threats and they lied in court. My honest advice stay well away from these thugs!!! HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE!!

I had two pieces of antique furniture transported recently. Both arrived safe and sound and very quickly. All pedemonts staff were friendly and easy to talk to and the whole process from start to finish well organised and efficient. A great team -everyone seemed to enjoy their job and do it well! Excellent communication and reasonable rates. Thank you pedemonts for an a+ service!

The communication throughout the process has been exemplary, and I was very impressed by the standard of the delivery vehicle and the friendly, professional and customer focussed attitude of the delivery boys this morning.

We used Pedemonts to move, store and relocate our furniture and we would highly recommend them.
I originally contacted them by email and they contacted me the next day with a phone call and they sent someone out the same day to access our belongings and advise us the best way to go about it with the cost.
They arrived on time and were very professional taking great care in wrapping and storing all our belongings in a container, all they boys were very well mannered and courteous, nothing was too much trouble and they made us feel very reassured in what was happening.

When it came time to deliver our belongings they arrived promptly on the day designated and nothing was too much trouble on which room to place the items.

Thank you Pedimonts on a great job and yes we would highly recommend your team.
