CELEBRATING 10 YEARS OF PEEL PANTHERS!
Congratulations to all our awardees and players of the Peel Panthers netball club! The girls celebrated an amazing season on Sunday at their Presentation Lunch.
A massive shoutout to Miss. Barnett, who has lead our girls through 10 years of the club, and a huge thank you to all our supporting family and friends! Well done girls!
RUGBY LEAGUE ANNOUNCEMENT
The Wednesday Afternoon Development Session/Games scheduled for tomorrow (Wednesday 19th September) have been postponed until next Wednesday (26th September) due to circumstances beyond our control.
The boys involved will do SPORT as normal at school tomorrow instead.
Last week, Peel High students had the opportunity to attend the GLOBAL GOOGLE presentation on the FUTURE OF WORK!
The Keynote address was by Google's Chief Education Evangelist Jaime Casap, who spoke to students about a wide range of employment possibilities for their future!
YEAR 12 GRADUATION π
The graduation assembly for Year 12 will be held on Friday 28th September, starting at 10am.
Refreshments and finger foods will be served after the assembly for all graduates and their guests.
Congratulations to Year 9 student, Jacqui Sayabath, on her amazing effort last week in the semi final of the Legacy Junior Public Speaking Competition!
Jacqui narrowly missed out on a place in the final after an impressive prepared and impromptu speech!
8P have been taking the reigns of their own learning in English!
Each lesson, a different student is chosen to lead the exit pass activity, including things like mind-maps, quick-fire revision, comprehension questions, diagrams, games and cloze passages.
The students are building confidence and leadership skills and are cementing their content knowledge in the process!
