Nothing but praise for Peninsula Air Conditioning from the moment the quote was made to the three weeks later that the system was fitted ( in one day ) by a brilliant bunch of guys. Tidied up, polished my stairs and left as though no one had been there. Great price as well for ducted air conditioning in a 4 bed house with downstairs dining and lounge areas done as well. Peninsula Air Conditioning = The best!

Including this installation, I've now put air conditioning into 5 properties I've owned. So, I've had a bit of experience you might say. This install was the most complex of them all - so there was a reasonable chance that something might have gone wrong. But, it didn't. Instead, it all went perfectly. I mean ALL, and I mean perfectly.

From the start to the end the quality of service was *exceptional*.

I spoke to Rod, who agreed to send someone (Scott) to check out my property and to talk me through what could be done. He was thorough, and he listened to what I wanted - I mean actually listened. He figured out a solution and the quote came quickly. I was very happy with what was proposed - and the price. I asked for one small adjustment, which was made within a day, and I decided to proceed.

Rod booked in two days to do the job. When the morning of day 1 came, so did a team of 6 in panel vans with all the equipment - on time. We walked through the plan to confirm the details and placements and then they just got on with it. I noticed how everyone had their special role, and how the communication between everyone was good. There was a contented mood that you sometimes see when you watch a live band that is really tight knit. I've never experienced that with trades people before (sorry, but it's true). These guys just knew their stuff and worked together seamlessly.

Day two, same thing - except 7 guys! Did they need anything from me? - no. So, I left them to it. By early afternoon it was all done. I walked round the rooms and it was all neat - really neat. I was shown through how it all works and left to enjoy it. Next day, the bill arrives, and you can pay online, by credit card, with no surcharge. Fabulous.

I can't recommend this company highly enough. And, if you think I might be exaggerating, think again => go and read the other reviews they get. Then compare them with the reviews of other companies. You'll see.

The team at Peninsula Air came up with a great solution that met our needs when our original plan couldn't work due to lack of roof space. We are really happy with the result and the quick installation timeline. Would happily recommend.

Just had two systems installed, and everything from the initial visit, quoting and installation was first class. The team that installed the systems were fantastic - discussed placement, schedule and kept me informed over the 2.5 days of installation. In addition, everything was cleaned after afterwards such that you didn't even know they had been here. What a breath of fresh air after recent experiences with tradespeople. Very highly recommended.

Rod and Scott are great - flexible on your time ING and requirements, turn up on time, check with you beforehand to make sure everything is good to go before starting.

In the record-breaking heat of Feb 2017 we needed to bring forward our plans to install air con for medical reasons. We didn’t know who was who among the suppliers/installers on the Northern Beaches, but found that the Peninsula Air Con website went further than their competitors’ webpages in providing practical information. Could this be a sign that they were on top of their business, with propensity to go the extra mile? Well, they turned out to be the only ones among the local businesses that responded fully and promptly to our request for a site inspection and quote (and their prices stacked up really well against a similar installation we’d ordered in the country at a more sensible time of year - mid last winter - when we readily got a range of highly competitive quotes). Prompt quoting by Peninsula Air was another good sign that we might have been on the right track. So in the middle of a heat wave we commissioned Peninsula AirCon to do the work: the two large spit units we wanted were installed and running within a week, in time to deal with Sydney’s hottest Feb days on record. The whole operation by Peninsula Air was just as professional as we’d speculated it might be based on the initial signs. All very impressive from beginning to end. (The friendly service was a welcome bonus.)

Peninsula Air Conditioning recently installed a Daikon air-conditioner in my home. I was very impressed with the level of service and expertise demonstrated by the office staff and installers. I noticed one small problem on a Sunday afternoon regarding the water outlet. Monday morning, Peninsula Air had a technician out to my property and remedied the situation efficiently and effectively. Despite it being soon after Christmas and the middle of a heatwave, Peninsula was able to provide a quote the day after my call. They installed within 2 weeks of receiving our deposit. Chard and Jason worked hard on the installation, knew exactly what they were doing, and left the parts of the house they worked on tidier than they were when they arrived! The air conditioner itself works beautifully and is making a big difference for occupants and visitors alike. Recommended.
