Peninsula Back Centre is a Physiotherapy Practice based in Balgowlah on Sydney's Northern Beaches. Since its conception in 1994, the centre has expanded to include not only specialised physiotherapy services, but also remedial massage, dietetics, acupuncture, exercise physiology, Pilates and core classes. The practice owner, Anne Howard, has had 30 years experience in the physiotherapy field, specialising in back care and rehabilitation as well as other sporting injuries and musculoskeletal conditions.

The physiotherapists and remedial massage therapist working here treat injuries and conditions in the acute phase, but then focus on long term improvements through specific exercise prescription.

We have a fully equipped rehabilitation gym here to provide exercise programmes which are supervised by the Exercise Physiologist and Physiotherapist, based on the principles of core stability and flexibility.
