Used cars team is hopeless.
Specifically TIM. Advertise jeep for 17k on gumtree. Called Monday Agreed on phone to sell at 15k. Booked appointment for 12noon. Went all the way from seven hills. On arrival Tim said the jeep is sold for 15.5k
To my surprise car was listed again on car sales for 17k. Called again and tim was happy to negotiate the price.
When disclosed my identity he said car is sold.
STAY AWAY AND SAVE YOUR TIME.
TIME IS MONEY

I would like to say that the customer service of JON MOORE is at the highest possible level. I asked for a request that I would really appreciate if it was taken into consideration by the company and so far Jon Moore has approached me in a very polite, understanding and fair manner. As a customer, person starting my own business and simply as human being I can only say this is the best way I could imagine to be treated. So far Jon has shown a will to resolve the issue that occured and I am looking forward to his and the company's final answer. So far his attitude towards me is just excellent. Recently purchased a Hyundai Tucson Active X from Peninsula Hyundai in Bankstown and was extremely happy and impressed with the service provided by Mig Bendi. Mig was very helpful and informative. Did not pressure me into buying anything. Provided honest and logical answers. I have no hesitation in recommending Mig, having experienced very poor customer service at Hyundai Blacktown and Castle Hill, to anyone who wants to buy a Hyundai.
