RUN AWAY. I purchased a vehicle from this dealership. I had major issues with the car. the dealership did not warrant. The dealer signed a Fair Trading agreement they would return the car to me in roadworthy condition and didn't. RMS have grounded the vehicle and classed it as a major defective vehicle. The dealer has ignored all correspondence from me. I am currently filing court action against them. Best advice not to enter as no after sales support or warranty

Worst experience trying to buy a car. "Salesman" just stood and looked at me like a stunned mullet. Didn't attempt to engage in any form of negotiation and then decided to tell me someone was coming to pickup the car this afternoon anyway (sure mate) and refused me a test drive. When I say I'm looking to get as close to a straight swap on my trade in, it opens the door for you to try and close the gap in some way which was not a BIG one in my eyes. Looks like I'm buying elsewhere!!

I have been having my car serviced in their service department for several years now and have always received excellent service.

Not trust worthy..
Talk vehicles up especially second hand vehicles.
Make sure you get & check all paperwork..
Also would advise having vehicle fully checked over for any issues.
Seriously advise to do your homework before.buying from here..

Cool looking cars.

Bought a second hand vehicle from Ian at Pennant Hills Auto Traders. At first it looked like a great little car, however, within the space of a week of owning the car the air-conditioning system broke, the passenger side window broke, the central locking system broke and the windscreen wiper motor broke. When we took the vehicle to a mechanic to get it repaired I was told that the window, central locking and the air conditioning had been fixed very quickly in order to disguise the problem rather than to actually fix it.

If you buy any second hand vehicle off these ripoffs make sure that you thoroughly get it checked over by a mechanic or someone that is able to pick up on hidden issues before agreeing to anything. Or better still, don't deal with these guys. I know I never will
