Just love their customer service..! They are very polite and patient. The lady who took my car for repairs at the panel shop has walked me to the busstop which she doesn't need to do. They are the best.

Terrible body shop and service department, everytime I called to ask for my car status, there was always no response and be asked to wait a call back and only got a simple answer half of day later.

I had car accident and Toyota Insurance advised to tow my car to Toyota Pennant Hills. It was ended up a writeoff and they demanded the Insurer to toll the car away ASAP. I called to negotiate to leave my car in the body shop in 2 to 3 days more to arrange a day off and got some unhappy "yes".
But the next day, they asked the Insurance company to tow my car to some storage auction site without any sympathy. Those people will just want to get the money or kick you out ASAP. Sorry, never want to buy a car in this dealer

Worst Toyota service I've experience . I had my car service for diagnostic test of an ABS issue at 9am. The service guy named AJ promised to call @1pm for the status. Didn't received a call. I called @2pm and asked for the status but was told that no status yet. Around 4pm he called back and said that they can't diagnose the problem of the car due to electrical problem . I decided to pick up the car . They service guy name AJ still charge me $143 for doing nothing , incompetent technician and worst service. This assessment was confirmed when I had the car service @Castle Hill Toyota. They were able to diagnose the problem within an hour and was able to fix the issue. Totally different experience I have . I learn my lesson. The service guys in Castle Hill Toyota offers excellent service and advice compared to Pennant hills Toyota.

The used car sales guy was nice and honest but I had the worst experience with the finance manager there. He is shifty and tries to sell whatever that he can get commission out of it in the last minutes. It took him three months to send us a copy of the loan agreement after he ignored my emails. Customer service at Toyota finance is appalling too. No after sales service whatsoever.

Still waiting on a grill from 3 months ago. Everything else has been fixed, you'd think this would be the easiest part.
Very disorganised and they keep moving the goalposts in terms of completion time. Pretty disappointed.

Haven't been there for years after my first Toyota. Decided to go there for car recall campaign. Service was excellent. Been, the customer service person assigned to my car was efficient and friendly. A totally new experience for me. Will be considering purchasing my car there next time.

All I can say is WOW! Fabio, Andy & Peter are such awesome guys. A1 customer service! I strongly recommend these guys if you are looking for a used car. Even the other staff were extremely polite and would smile and say hi to you.
I am editing my review but and instead of giving them 5 stars as I previously did. I am now giving them 2 stars.
When I wrote that review I had been told if I drive back to their car yard (2 hours) they would fix the brakes, steering and also touch up the paint chips as they had the same paint. The fact that they let me drive out of the car yard with faulty brakes in a storm with 4 kids in the car shocks me. They covered up the steering problem at first but by the time I drove home there was a knocking sound/feel in the steering column, which I thought was very sneaky.
They fixed the brakes but then said they wont fix the steering! Apparently Klugers do that and it isn't a safety issue and doesnt come under the warranty. Also the paint used was not the right colour!
I told the salesman the next day (he had a day off when I came up) that I drove up because I was told three things would be fixed and only one was fixed. He said, so sorry they couldnt do it and here is the code for the paint, you will have to get it made up yourself... and that was it!!!
Initially the customer service was a stand out, but that quickly deflated.
NOT HAPPY GUYS. They knew I am a single mum of 3 kids and had just taken on my 2 nieces full time, which is why I had to trade in my very well maintained 5 seater for a 7 seater.
I drove 2 hours there and back on pain killers and a very bad back to get all this fixed.

Be careful if you are buying a used car from them and get everything in writing. We went down and took a car for a test drive and got a trade in value on our car. We discussed a drive away price including all costs including transfer stamp duty with their sales rep. I rang the sales manager the next day and made with a counter offer on the price. He said he would discuss it with the sales rep and call me back with a price. We then agreed on a price drive away with six months registration. When it came to the payment for the car I found out we had to pay the transfer stamp duty. I was well aware of the stamp duty costs and that's what we discussed with the rep. The sales manager than said I never discussed it with him so it wasn't included. We pulled out of the deal on principal.
