Another mechanic told me to go to an auto electrician and said my starter motor was shot and Penrith car service ,checked it out and gave me a new battery and all is good , no starter needed ,I was in and out and saved money ,

Had jeep booked in for general service qouted aprox $380 full service.
Collected car noticed no computer reset as you do.

Found no water or coolant in radiator yet charged . Did they do any service????? As well as bill for $173 parts and $563 labour.....light bulb $50.00
$70 labour per hour 8 hours work ...not

.say no more .you can rebuild a complete engine for $5000. Including labour.

Bought jeep back for re-do I was told i would not be charged and an apology. 😁

I'm very sorry but I WOULD NEVER   recommend your service to anyone in this area!! I have never been so disappointed in my life as this experience.!!!
They took 2 1/2 hrs to fit 4 tyres. Never asked if I wanted the raised white lettering on the outside or inside,, its fitted inside NOT what I wanted.!
I asked to have the rear right tyre as a spare and the spare fitted with a new Tyre , even showed them in plain speaking what I wanted .. this was ignored!
I rang at 830am and asked if I could have my 1pm appointment changed as I start work at 2am and was told to drop it off asap as they weren't busy. I dropped my car off at 910am asked how long to fit , was told 1hr .. I went away on foot walked thru Bunnings for an hr , went back to pick up my car at 1030am. The tyres were still sitting next to my car not even started to being fitted. I sat and waited another hr while they were fitted and still had to wait another 20mins for the spare to then be sorted out as I had first asked. Never was offered the car wash or anything close to the website add..
In future I would rather pay $$'s more to be treated with respect and have things done in a much more professional timely manner. When you spend over $1000 on your 4x4 tyres I would expect more.
I WILL NOT BE BACK!

Pathetic. Rip off artists, with a complete lack of.communication, unwilling to assist clients. Tire alignment is way off, and not straight. DO NOT VISIT! Would not recommend if they were the only mechanic in NSW
