I bought a car from these crooks a couple of years ago. I'm not sure sure how they are still in business. They get bombs from the auctions then dodge them up for sale. They even tamper with Odometers. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Would definitely suggest not purchasing from these guys. Sold my son a faulty car. The contract clearly stated, the problems encountered were covered by warranty. They finally came to collect the car for for repairs after a week - that was 3 weeks ago. We are still waiting for the vehicle to be returned, apparently no one can confirm a return date. Am forced to turn to the Dept of Fair Trading. Follow up post - Attended court - these guys were court ordered to fix the car and provide a loan car for the duration of the repairs - yet they still refuse. Heading back to court. Absolutely disgusting lieing dodgy people. DO NOT BUY!!!!!!!! Michael is a pig!!!!!!!!!

Would never buy from penrith city motors they patch up faulty cars and sell them and they fall apart as soon as u get them out the yard.

These guys are unprofessional, unethical and provides zero customer service. I dealt with a guy named Nick, and in line with some of the earlier comments, did not seem to care about the car. I paid a deposit, and cancelled the purchase after inspection cos of it's poor condition. Been around 2 months now, and still haven't got the refund. Would definitely not recommend Penrith City motors to anyone. Do business with them at your own risk!

Bought my mums new car from them, extremely professional & helpful guys. The car is amazing and we got a very good deal! Thanks for looking after us!
