They refuse to fix my recalled airbags on a weekend. It had to be done during the week. When i asked for a loan car so that i could still get to work, they said it would cost $45. I phoned head office and they provided me with other dealers who would do it on a weekend. So it is a choice they have made not to do this on weekends. This recall is not my fault and i should not be so inconvenienced by it. Lady on the phone was nice in explaining how unhelpful they would be in assisting me

My partner and I went to Penrith Mazda to look at and test drive a new CX-5. The staff we dealt with were rude and dismissive when we approached them for assistance. We got the impression that we were perceived as time wasters not genuinely interested in or able to buy a new car. When we asked about model specifications and features the person we spoke to had poor product knowledge and struggled to assist us. We had researched the car thoroughly beforehand and wanted to try the safety features (i-activesense) during a test drive but were told they are not something that could be tested. In contrast to this when we went to Subaru they both demonstrated and actively encouraged us to try the various safety features. Due to our initial impression and experience we didn’t bother to continue looking at buying the CX-5 and went to Subaru Penrith instead where the entire experience was a complete contrast. Just goes to show how important professional, sincere and friendly customer service is in influencing a buyer’s decision.

Brought my car from Mazda Penrith dealt with Chris, and I couldn't have been happier, he was helpful polite and understanding of what I wanted, once I got my car this week he than showed me how to use everything in the car and if I had any issues I could always call or come in, very happy with the service I received and would hightly recommended dealing with Chris!

If you buy a Mazda I would strongly recommend not getting your car serviced at the Mazda Service Centre. It costs me $360 for a minor service and my car was brand new. I went to my partners mechanic for my next service and it cost me $160. Not to mention when I've had problems with my car that should be covered under warranty the staff made it extremely difficult for me to get parts replaced.

Will never recommend these guys. They are lazy and a bunch of crooks. The salesman i worked with asked no questions and didn't care about making a sale. The only thing he asked was for my name and contact number.....which he already had because i had submitted a lead on carsales 3 days prior.....It's no wonder that other Mazda dealers outsell Penrith. What a bunch of fools. Having been disrespected as a customer, i went to a competitor who offered me twice as much for my trade...yes 2 time more. Oh and i bought two cars instead of one......sucks to be Penrith Mazda missing out on 2 new car sales.

Bought a new car here a while ago, the sales guy was friendly and informative without being pushy. The services have all been great. But whoever cleans and details the car does an amazing job! Best part of the service is the great free carwash.

User

Informative and friendly staff. Willing to assist without being pushy.
