Penrith Mitsubishi

We received a recall letter this week from Mitsubishi regarding an urgent safety related recall concerning the airbags in our Pajero.
I immediately contacted Penrith Mitsubishi (being our closest dealer) to arrange for the airbags to be replaced.
I was told that they were booked up until November and that was the earliest they could fit us in. More than 3 months away. I reminded them that this was apparently an urgent recall due to safety concerns and asked then if we would also have to wait until November for a service or repair on the vehicle. I was told this could be done straight away.
Clearly customer safety and after sales service are not a priority for Penrith Mitsubishi.
Blacktown Mitsubishi on the other hand couldn't have been more helpful.
They ordered the parts immediately and expect to have the whole thing sorted within a week.
I know where I'll be going for future service and repairs.

At this stage i am not yet writing a review i have a question regarding capped priced service. You advertise in more than one place that you have 4 years capped price servicing so i want to know why i was told and given 3 yrs capped price service .thank you
